SimCL is a free fantasy Champions League simulator that allows users to create football squads and simulate tournament journeys using historical players, teams and football-related data.

The service currently includes game modes such as Quick Draft and SimDraft, as well as simulated matches and tournaments.

SimCL is provided for entertainment purposes. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time.

We do not guarantee that SimCL will always be available or operate without interruptions.

SimCL does not currently require users to create an account to play.

Certain gameplay information may be stored using an anonymous device identifier or similar technical mechanism to maintain your gameplay experience.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the device or browser you use to access SimCL.

If you clear your browser data, change devices, or use certain privacy settings, previously stored gameplay information may no longer be available.

You agree to use SimCL only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the service.

You must not:

• —Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to SimCL or its systems.
• —Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or other methods to abuse or manipulate the service.
• —Attempt to manipulate game results, rankings, statistics, or other gameplay systems.
• —Scrape, copy, or systematically extract large amounts of data from SimCL without permission.
• —Attempt to reverse engineer or reproduce substantial parts of the service.
• —Use the service in a way that could harm SimCL or other users.

We may restrict or block access to users who abuse the service or violate these terms.

SimCL uses game logic, player ratings, squad strength, randomization, and other factors to generate simulated results.

Simulation results are fictional game outcomes and do not represent predictions of real-world football matches.

Player ratings, squad ratings, historical selections, match outcomes, and other game data may be subjective or simplified for gameplay purposes.

SimCL does not guarantee that simulated results will be realistic, accurate, or representative of actual football performance.

The SimCL website, game interface, design, branding, code, graphics, game systems, and original content are owned by or licensed to SimCL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use SimCL for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit substantial parts of SimCL without prior permission.

Football player names, club names, competition names, historical information, and other third-party references may belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion in SimCL is intended for historical, informational, and gameplay purposes.

SimCL does not claim ownership of third-party names, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

SimCL is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• —The service will be free from errors or interruptions.
• —Game data will always be complete or accurate.
• —Simulation results will always behave as expected.
• —Previously available features will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimCL is not responsible for losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time as SimCL develops or as legal or operational requirements change.

When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated.

Your continued use of SimCL after changes are published means that you accept the updated terms.
